The Indy State News Page--From the State Office of Brain Injury Association of Indiana
Harris Interactive Inc. conducted Public Perceptions of Brain and Head Injuries on behalf of The Brain Injury Association, Inc. The purpose of the survey was to explore the public’s perceptions & knowledge about brain & head injuries, people's experience with brain & head injuries, & whether or not people have differing views of brain & head injuries.
All Harris Interactive Inc. surveys are designed to comply with the code & standards of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO) & the code of the National Council of Public Polls (NCPP). Because data from the survey may be released to the public, release must stipulate that the complete report is also available. The report shows what people think about brain injury & head injury--their misconceptions & where we need to expand public knowledge about our brain injury.
