These are the Things to be Happy About:
1. The rising sun across the sky.
2. Birds waking up early in the morning.
3. The first cup of coffee or tea in the morning.
4. The first bite of a hot bagel or muffin after the first drink of coffee/tea.
5. My companion animal realizing it's finally time to wake up.
6. The birds in my neighborhood depend on me to suppliment their food.
7. The birds chirp loud after I've filled the bird-feeder.
8. The ability to turn off the TV when ever I want.
9. The ability advocate for dignity at the doctors office,hospital, and library.
10. The ability to understand I must be my strongest advocate.
11. The choice to be determined not to give up on myself & those around me.
12. The choice to strive for happiness daily or weekly.
13. The food on the menu I made for the month is something I can prepare with little or no help.
14. I have friends in the BIA Support Group who enspire, encourage, & care about me.
15. The setting sunset is only one of many i will see in my long lifetime.
