Dr. Jeffrey W. Hilburn grew up in Indianapolis & attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. During his time at Indiana University he was a member of the Pre-Medical Honor Society. He completed medical school at Indiana University & his internship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Hilburn completed his residency in neurology at Indiana University in l977 & is board certified in neurology. He has established a successful practice at St. Vincent Hospital & is a member of the medical staff at both St. Vincent Hospital & Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. Dr. Hilburn also serves on the ethics committee at both hospitals. Dr. Hilburn is the co-founder & president of the Indiana Stroke Coalition where he is principle investigator for multiple stroke studies. Dr. Hilburn is chairman of neurology at St. Vincent Hospital & is a member of the Board of Directors for Rehabilitation of Indiana. Dr. Hilburn & wife, Debbie, reside in Indianapolis & have three sons & one daughter. Dr. Hilburn is one of the many neurologists our region appreciated as well as, liked by the nurses & staff who serve him in the quest to improve the health & well-being of those with brain injury & other neurological concerns.
